Kingsthorpe Golf Club welcomes formal golf societies and corporate events throughout the year and we offer attractive packages that meet the most demanding requirements. We provide an excellent days golf on a quality course backed up by high quality catering and friendly organisation and support.


Our most popular packages are as follows, but please get in touch on 01604 711173 for bespoke options. Please note that the packages and prices below are for a minimum of 12 people. Date and Tee-times

We will try our best to accommodate your preferred choice of date and tee-times for your golf society, but just in case we are unable to fulfil your first choice, please indicate a 2nd choice of date and tee-time. We will be in touch once we have confirmation of date availability.

Nearest the Pins and Longest Drives

It is always good to add a little variety to your golf day, so we have Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive markers available for you to use. Please indicate below if you would like to include this as part of your society day. 18 holes of golf is included as part of your booking, but if you would like to play 27 or 36 holes, please indicate below and we can include that in the costings.

Catering Requirements

We have a full range of catering available for you, from bacon rolls and hot drinks on arrival, to a 2- or 3-course meal from either our Bar or Restaurant menu. See below for the menu choices.

Further Details (Buggies, Trolleys etc)

Please let us know of any additional special requests or instructions you would like in relation to your golf society booking at Kingsthorpe Golf Club. We have two buggies available to hire (season and weather permitting), with several push trolleys also available.

Once the booking is confirmed, full payment must be paid on arrival and final numbers must be confirmed to Kingsthorpe Golf Club no later than 7 days prior to the event date. If numbers are reduced later than 3 days prior to the event, it may be necessary to charge for meals and tee-times not taken. Further T&Cs apply.

Low cost ways for juniors and the community to get involved with Kingsthorpe Golf Club.



Kingsthorpe Golf Club has always welcomed juniors and we offer extremely competitive membership rates for those up to and including the age of 18. Certain restrictions do apply, especially on competition days, so for the latest information please check with our PGA Professional.


The Community Membership allows access to the clubhouse, free loan equipment and permits the member to play once a week on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Access to the course is also possible on Sunday afternoons after 12pm. The Community Membership also entitles you to certain beverage discounts in the clubhouse by using the KGC Gold Card.

Winter wheels policy:
Please note that from November 1st winter wheels are required on both push/pull and electric trolleys. We do have a small number of electric and push trolleys available for hire. We usually start allowing summer wheels mid-April, but this is subject to current conditions. From time time, if conditions make it necessary, then all types of trolleys may be banned from the course. If in doubt, please call the Pro Shop before leaving for the course.

Note: Winter Wheels are mandatory from November 1st with no exceptions.

Dress Code and Etiquette

We are a modern club and maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. But we do insist on all members and visitors to respect our fundamental dress code and courtesy on the course. Recognised golfing attire is required on the course and smart casual wear in the club house.
