Please use the form below to order your drinks

UPON ENTERING THE BAR, YOU MUST SCAN THE NHS BARCODE. PLEASE ASK A MEMBER OF STAFF FOR HELP IF NEEDED.

1. Select the table number. If you are sitting outside please select TAKE AWAY ORDER and the drinks will be delivered to the take away table.

2. From the drop-down lists, please select your drink for Person 1, Person 2 etc etc

3. If you have any special requirements, please fill in the details in the box provided

4. The order will be sent to the bar and the form will refresh ready for your next order. When ready, your drinks will be bought to your table.
