COURSE REPORT
Summer 2008

Whilst every golf course needs a certain amount of compliance from the weather, much praise has been passed by players and officials at recent EGU and NGU events on the excellent condition of the course over the past 2months.

Nick, David and Simon, our Greenkeepers, deserve total credit for the continued presentation of superb conditions of all parts of the course.

We are still working well within budget and would expect the final quarter (subject to no major surprises) to also be in line with our target figure.

Whilst detailed plans for Autumn/Winter are still being drawn up, landscaping and improvement of the putting green area is the first priority. We are also planning to improve the pathway between the 9th and 10th tees and following the successful drainage technique used in the 17/18th bunkers last winter further improvements are planned in other areas.
