Hire Information - room available everynight except Fridays

Room Hire

£250.00

A refundable deposit of £ 200 will be taken.

Room Layout

• Seating for up to 80 guests, maximum party size 120 guests
• Large area for catering
• Large dance floor area
• Decorations, banners etc all permitted in designated areas
• Disabled access via stair lift.

Party Times

• 8.00 pm - 1.00 am
• Bar closes at 12.00 midnight

Catering

Access

• Musical entertainment may set up any time after 5.30 pm
• Party hosts may arrive from 7.15 pm to set up decorations etc. You may drop these off during the day at any time.

Dress Code
Smart casual attire preferred. We ask that if you are sending out invitations that this is stipulated.

Car Parking

• Parking for up to 50 cars, main car park, 25 cars in the overspill car park and also free roadside parking
• Guest may leave cars overnight, at their own risk. Cars left must be moved to the 'overspill car park'.
